This can be a stressful time and we can all feel a bit disconnected. With this in mind, the PTA is sponsoring a series of parent forums to give us a chance to connect with other parents and teachers from the school to talk about the unusual things that are going on now and possibly how to manage them.
Our first discussion was held Friday, April 3rd at 4:30 pm via Zoom. The topic was How To Organize Your Children’s Online Learning Day. We were joined by Ms. Acevedo (8th grade Social Studies teacher and mom of 4) and discussed struggles and successes with sharing space, supporting our kids with their schoolwork, managing screen time, etc.
