LMC Student/Families Handbook


If your child needs a new Metrocard for any reason (lost, stolen, not working, etc.), please fill out the Metrocard request form and either email it to Ms. Carol at or send it in to the main office. It may take a few days for your child to receive a new card. Please be prepared for your child to pay for their fare until they receive a new card. We make every effort to get students a replacement card as soon as possible.
