This community day honored Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Day of Service. Each advisory group participated in a service project either inside or outside the building, giving students and staff the opportunity to reflect on the importance of service. Activities included reading and working with neighborhood kindergarten students, organizing a food pantry, making Lunar New Year cards and love letters for elders, sorting and packing books, and promoting kindness throughout the LMC community.
