May Parent-Teacher Conference

May 13th, 2020

Dear Families:

We are now in mid-May and only have seven weeks remaining for the school year. For our May Parent Teacher Student Conference, we wanted to reach out and check-in with each of you about the social and emotional well-being of your child. Later this week, you will receive an email from your child’s advisor asking if you are interested in meeting, however, these conferences are optional for your family.

For those who are interested, here are additional details about the conferences.

Conferences will take place between May 14th-May 22nd on a day and time agreed upon by parents and advisor

As usual, each session will last for about 15 minutes

Sessions can be held over the phone or using Google Meet (You can only use Zoom if you have a DOE email)

PTSC Discussion Points:

Emotional Welfare Check: How is your child doing? Is there anything you would like to share with me about how they are adjusting to all of the changes around them?

Remote Learning Check: What have you done at home that was helpful to your child during remote learning? What have we offered that was helpful to your child and your family during remote learning? How can we best support your child and your family in the days ahead?

Grade Specific Information

We appreciate your flexibility and patience at this time and know that you are doing your best at home. We miss you!
